OPPORTUNITIES WITH EPS
We’ve been able to establish the lowest turn-over rate in our industry by maintaining
high standards and providing a positive work environment for our valets. As a valet
with Executive Parking Systems in Atlanta, you’ll get to work outdoors, develop your
social and leadership skills, and establish relationships with possible employers

to offering you a fun and rewarding work environment, being a valet with EPS will

TRAINING
With EPS, we not only teach you the skills involved with parking cars – we teach
you about SERVICE! We provide an extensive training program for all of our prospective
valets before they are allowed to become valets at our clients’ establishments. This
ensures that all new valets are prepared to handle both the parking and the service
related responsibilities required. Our four-step training program is as follows:
Step 1 - Field Test: The first part of the training program begins with testing your
driving skills and making sure that you are comfortable in a variety of parking situations.
A few of the capabilities that you will be tested on include parallel parking, maneuvering,
driving a manual transmission, and overall efficiency and safety.
Step 2 - Endurance Test: We test your endurance to make sure that you can handle
the many hours of sustained activity that valets sometimes experience.
Step 3 - Mentoring Program: Before becoming a valet, all new prospects must have
20-30 total hours of on-site training with three different EPS managers. Each manager
will provide you with on-the-job training, as well as grade you on your parking skills,
etiquette, uniform and attitude. All three managers must give their written approval
before the valet will be allowed to start their schedule.
Step 4 - Policy Manual: After manager approval, all valets are required to learn
the EPS policy manual. The manual ensures that all valets have a clear understanding
of the policies, rules, procedures and expectations associated with being an EPS
valet.
