TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Obtaining a Parking Parking Decal/Hang Tag
A. A monthly parking parking decal/hang
tag may be obtained by the company administrator or an individual by registering
online at http://www.executiveparkingatl.com Applicants must complete the application
identifying each vehicle to be used by the parking decal/hang tag holder. The following
information must be furnished for each vehicle listed: License tag number, state,
vehicle’s make and model.
B. A lost or stolen parking decal/hang tag should be reported
as soon as possible.
2. Parking Permit Use Conditions
A. A parking permit authorizes the holder to have
only one of the vehicles listed on the application in the garage at any given time.
B.
Owners of more than one vehicle or members of car pools may, therefore, use a single
parking decal/hang tag for more than one vehicle as long as each one has been listed
and only one vehicle is parked in the garage at the time.
C. If two members of a car
pool drive two vehicles on the same day, only one carpooler will be permitted to
use the parking decal/hang tag. The other carpooler must pull a ticket and park in
Visitor Parking and must pay for parking at the current daily rate.
D. The parking
decal/hang tag holder is responsible for updating online any changes regarding car
type, license number, address, employer or telephone number.
E. Any parker found to
be misusing their parking privileges (Example, but not limited to: passing the parking
decal/hang tag to another individual) will be subject to termination of privileges.
F.
Failure to properly register your car or misuse of parking spaces may subject your
vehicle to immobilization or towing.
G. Long term storage of vehicles must be properly
registered with Executive Parking Systems, either by mail or written consent.
3. Parking Permit Payments
A. All checks should be made payable to Executive Parking
Systems. Carpoolers making payments should list the parking decal/hang tag holder’s
name on the check payments.
B. Payment for monthly parking is due on the 1st of each
month. Payment is considered late after the 5th and parking privileges are suspended
on the 15th. There will be a $15 late fee for reinstatement of parking privileges.
If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, payments are due the prior business
day.
C. Refunds for parking will not be made to anyone whose parking decal/hang tag
has been deactivated due to nonpayment.
D. Monthly payment can be made by check to
the remit address on the invoice or paid directly by credit card.
E. All checks returned
from the bank for nonpayment will be assessed a $30 service charge.
F. If the parker
believes an error has been has been made on his/her account, proof of payment will
be required (canceled check or cash receipt). No adjustments will be made without
verification.
4. Termination of Permit Parking
A. Upon termination of parking, the parking parking
decal/hang tag must be returned to Executive Parking Systems in order to receive
a deposit refund.(if applicable) Credit is based on the date the parking decal/hang
tag is returned to Executive Parking Systems.
B. The rental for a parker’s final month
will be prorated on a half month basis only if a full month is not used. Parking
decal/hang tags turned in and cancelled by the 15th day of any month will be credited
a half month. No credit for parking decal/hang tag turned in after the 15th day of
the month.
5. If You Forget Your Parking Parking Decal/Hang Tag
A. If the monthly parker is without
a parking decal/hang tag, a ticket should be pulled to enter the parking deck. You
can email proof of parking for that day and EPS will prorate the next month’s fee.
EPS only allows 3 incidents per quarter. Any person found to be misusing their parking
decal/hang tag will be subject to termination of parking privileges.
6. Parking Deck Procedures
A. Follow directional signs throughout all levels of the
deck.
B. Use your parking deck parking decal/hang tag to both enter and exit from
the facility. DO NOT TAKE A TICKET TO ENTER THE GARAGE.
C. Unlimited in/out allowed
for parking decal/hang tag monthly parkers.
D. Parking decal/hang tag holders may
park overnight with current monthly parking decal/hang tag displayed. Vehicles not
displaying a parking decal/hang tag will be subject to immobilization or towing.
E.
PARKERS WHO ARE OBSERVED DRIVING THE WRONG WAY WILL BE GIVEN ONE WRITTEN WARNING.
FUTURE VIOLATION MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.
F. A speed limit
of 5 mph will be monitored by Parking Personnel and Security Officers: violations
will be issued.
G. Parking is not allowed in RESERVED, VISITOR, HANDICAP PARKING OR
IN NO PARKING ZONES unless authorized to do so.
H. PARKING IS ALLOWED BETWEEN THE
LINES IN ONE SPACE ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN CROSSED OUT AREAS OR SOLID PRINTED
AREAS AT STAIRWELL ENTRANCES.
I. Please deposit trash in containers located at each
elevator station.
J. Any accident occurring in the garage involving damage to vehicles
or personal injury should be reported to the Police (911) and the Parking Management.
K.
Executive Parking Systems, its respective owners, affiliates and subsidiaries and
their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents and all
other parties, including but not limited to this facility’s owner or landlord is
not responsible for theft, damage, loss of vehicles or items contained within the
vehicle while parked on the premise. Damage or theft to any vehicle is the sole responsibility
of the vehicle’s owner.
L. Any parker receiving three (3) or more violations will
be subject to termination without further warning. Violations are given for using
two spaces, driving the wrong way, speeding or any other reasons at the discretion
of the Parking Manager.
M. Unidentified vehicles. Any vehicle with out a current monthly
parking decal/hang tag will be immobilized or towed.
